Letter From Beverly Patchell
Greetings NANAINA Members and Friends:
I want to welcome you back to the website and announce some coming changes. It has been decided that since NANAINA has been somewhat dormant due to the website issues and other things, the opportunity presents itself to revamp the organization. As outgoing President this year, I will be turning over the management of NANAINA, effective immediately, to a committee of Native nurses led by Sandra Haldane, a former President of the organization. This committee will review each aspect of the organization and look at revitalization and updating. It is a great opportunity for everyone interested in working with the organization to pitch in and offer to help Sandy as she graciously undertakes this task. Her contact info is [email protected] and you can read more about Sandy in the following article:

It has been my pleasure to serve as President the past two years and keep the organization working at the national and international level while completing a dissertation and then recovering from that process. NANAINA continues to be the voice of Native Nurses across the country and I know that Sandy and company will continue to represent all members and friends of NANAINA very well and I encourage everyone to get involved in helping her.
Sincerely,
Beverly Patchell
